For the last 8 years Pegasus has been on hand to provide initial appraisals, submit all planning applications and, when necessary, provide planning expertise at appeals, including acting as expert witness.
Providing support for new acquisitions and renovation projects Pegasus Planning also manages Starbucks’ large database of outdoor seating licences, ensuring planning and licences are renewed as required.
Over the past decade Starbucks have established an extensive appeal history which has confirmed their use generally as a mixture of Class A1 (Retail) and A3 (Café/Restaurant). This has been accepted by Local Authorities throughout the country as an acceptable use within primary shopping frontages.
