Pegasus Planning Group was appointed to coordinate an Environmental Impact Assessment and prepare an Environmental Statement in support of a planning application for a 11,070 square meter foodstore and petrol filling station on the edge of Corby Town Centre. The site comprised a former waste dump associated with the Corby Steelworks.
In addition to the Environmental Statement, Pegasus undertook a townscape and visual assessment of the proposals.
