Pegasus Retail are promoting the planning case for a 204 bedroom 4/5* hotel; a 45 suite apartment hotel; 14,279 sq m of Grade A office space; 132 residential apartments; and ground floor retail and leisure units.
Pegasus prepared a Planning and PPS4 Assessment justifying the scale of the development and the proposed town centre uses in the context of National Planning Policy Sequential and Impact Tests.
