Our Urban Design Team prepared proposals for 66 new dwellings on a steeply sloping site within the Lightmoor development. An innovative layout solution used the topography as an integral part of the sites character separating and defining tiers of development.
A wide range of site specific house types were prepared for the development and included split level properties. It was integral that our proposal correctly interpreted the design approach established at the outline stages, as well as incorporating a design code.
Working closely with Bournville Village Trust, a collaborative approach was taken to obtain the best outcome. Following successful negotiations throughout the design phase, the proposals were approved by Telford and Wrekin Borough Council.
