Pegasus Environmental was appointed to coordinate an Environmental Impact Assessment and prepare an Environmental Statement in support of a planning application for the redevelopment of a former college site within Corby Town Centre.
The redevelopment included the construction of a six screen cinema, restaurants and cafes and residential development. Pegasus also undertook a Townscape and Visual assessment of the proposals which considered the relationship of the proposed development to the existing landmark buildings.
