Following the adoption of the Masterplan Document, Pegasus Group were appointed to prepare an outline planning application for mixed-use development, comprising of the demolition of existing buildings and structures, the erection of up to 2,000 dwellings (Use Class C3), 2 no. Following a request from the Local Authority, the Design and Access Statement was expanded to include more detailed design information for the proposed character areas.
